Invisalign® is a revolutionary way to straighten teeth in a discrete way and has been used by over 10 million patients worldwide.

New Row Dental are an Invisalign® provider and Billie-Jean Rainey, our specialist orthodontist, manages all the treatments and has over 10 years experience.

Invisalign® uses clear thin plastic aligners to gently move the teeth. The clear nature of the aligners makes them nearly invisible at a social distance. Each aligner is worn for 1-2 weeks and then replaced with the next one in the series until the teeth are straight. They must be worn for at least 22 hours per day and must be removed for eating, drinking and brushing. This is a benefit as it allows you to eat and clean as normal unlike fixed braces. It can be used to treat all types of cases from the mild to the more complex.

The treatment starts with a 3D digital scan in our surgery .  Then specialised computer software is used to first design the outcome so we can preview the final result before we start. If the patient is happy with this we can use the software to fabricate the aligners too.

Treatment times can vary from as little as 6 months to 2 years. Retainers must be worn after treatment nightly to prevent the teeth from relapsing.
